Seeing the body in all its dimensions is very important and, as a trainer, Shannon looks to make sure that body, mind, and spirit are all engaged so that working out is fun, purposeful, and in the moment.  It's not just important that you do it...it's also how you feel it and experience it!  Most of Shannon's classes are for all levels and beginners are always welcome.  Shannon also teaches dance at the New School for Drama in their graduate program.
